 Executive Director

The Executive Director will manage our U.S. and International Teams, the office, and the overall ministry.  He will travel around the world to help supervise events that reach hundreds of thousands for Christ.  We are looking for someone who is very sharp... someone who along with the Campaign Director, can come into a city and unite the pastors and other spiritual leaders to shake that city for Christ.  God has given us a track record of seeing tens of thousands of people come to Christ and become active followers of Christ.  Experience in business and U.S. and international evangelism a plus.  This is the dream assignment of a lifetime for the right person.  The Executive Director ("ED") will lead 1) the Campaign Team, 2) the Office Team, and 3) the Fund Development Team.

The ED must be a strong Christian who has a passion for evangelism and discipleship, and who can work with a broad spectrum of the body of Christ.  Needs bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Theology, or other fields related to the ministry.  Master's or Doctorate preferred.  We are looking for a gifted professional with a track record of highly effective leadership.

 Executive Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:

Serves as the Executive Assistant to the President of our organization, handling a myriad of tasks ranging from simple to very challenging.  The Executive Assistant to the President will provide much-needed assistance to Dr. Boyd as he travels around the world to proclaim the good news of Christ.  Must be high achievement oriented, a professional, loyal, discreet individual who can think creatively, act assertively, and get difficult (even "impossible") problems solved, like getting hard-to-get reservations, helping negotiate difficult deals, and planning complicated, rapidly changing itineraries.   

Daily tasks also include secretarial, clerical, and administrative support services and conducting special projects as assigned.  Provides support to the President of New Fire for Christ and assists other corporate staff to include:  Executive Director, Director of Development, Lead Campaign Director, and Campaign Director.  Participates as a team member by performing additional assignments not directly related to the job description when workload requires and as requested by the President.

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:

1.  College/University degree(s) with excellent record preferred.  High competency in written and oral communication including outstanding writing and proof-reading skills.  Computer literacy is required including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.  65-70+ wpm typing.

2.  Consistent involvement in serving Christ and a passion for reaching people for Christ around the world is essential. 

3.  Must be a self-starter, possessing a high level of judgment skills and initiative, along with ability to prioritize and coordinate several tasks simultaneously.

4.  Work requires analytical skills necessary to organize and compile a wide variety of information for reports, and to solve problems regarding administrative tasks and people.

5.  Work requires coordinating calendar and schedule for the President.
