New Fire Team in Kenya Launch New Season of Ministry in Africa

New Fire for Christ is an international ministry with teams in 8 nations. One of those nations is Kenya, where Bob, Mallory, and Brian Boyd are ministering this fall season through mid-December, 2011. After arriving in Western Kenya on September 1st jet-lagged, reeling, but joyful, the Boyds, working with the Kenya New Fire team, almost immediately had the chance to speak at a Sports Tournament in Webuye. Approximately 750 came to see the soccer finals and listen as Bob spoke on "How to Get to the Top" (Bible teaching on success). Bob gave an invitation for those who had never received Christ or if they weren't sure He was in their life. Over 480 prayed to receive Him. The angels are rejoicing!

The Boyds are spending 2 days to teach about 150 of the New Fire for Christ Kenya Discipleship Program staff in Africa how to impact students' lives.  Mallory is taking them through the Walk Through the Bible New Testament training, so they can pass it on to the New Fire for Christ Kenya Discipleship Program students.
