City-Wide Festival Coming

We have an unexpected opportunity to reach many more people for Christ than we had even planned for on this mission. The largest churches in the small country of Burundi have invited us to come lead a New Fire Festival in their capital, Bujumbura.
Burundi has been racked by internal war between the tribes, which has seen 300,000 brutally slaughtered. But peace has come at last and the nation is finally on the road to recovery. Even the newly re-elected President is a publicly confessing "born again'' believer. We are told that the harvest is ripe, as perhaps never before, for God to bring many to Himself.
We'll be speaking in the largest churches in Burundi on the 14th and 18th of July, and then conducting the New Fire Festival the 15th - 17th of July.
Burundi is a small country west of Kenya, bordered by Tanzania, Rwanda and Congo (which was formarly known as Zaire). Bujumbura, the capital city, is in the far western part of the country, located on Lake Tanganyika.
